1. สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่จดทะเบียนกับ PlanetFiber ในรูปแบบบุคคลธรรมดาและอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่มีโครงข่ายในการให้บริการเท่านั้น
PlanetFiber package is restricted for residential customer in service availability area.

2. ค่าบริการรายเดือนที่กำหนด เป็นอัตราที่ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จะเรียกเก็บแบบล่วงหน้า ณ วันเริ่มต้นรอบบิล (Charge in advance) ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความประสงค์ในการเปลี่ยนแพคเกจ ,
ระงับสัญญาณชั่วคราว หรือยกเลิกการใช้บริการ จะมีผลในวันสุดท้ายของรอบบิลเท่านั้น
Service Fee is exclusive VAT 7%. Service Fee collected as charge in advance starting on the first date of bill cycle. In case the customer want to Change Package , Suspend or Cancels the service , The effective date is last date of bill cycle only.

3. รับสิทธิ์ยืมอุปกรณ์เร้าเตอร์ มูลค่า 7,000 บาท (ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) รับสิทธิส่วนลดค่าติดตั้ง 3,000 บาท (ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
เมื่อตกลงใช้บริการติดต่อกันเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เดือนนับแต่วันที่เริ่มใช้บริการแพ็กเกจ ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกบริการก่อนครบ 12 รอบบิล
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บค่าติดตั้งคืนและลูกค้าต้องคืนอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดให้กับบริษัทฯ ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
Customer is eligible for Router rental valued of 7,000 baht (Ext.VAT) and discount on installation fee of 3,000 baht (Ext.VAT) with 12-month contract. In case that the customer cancels the service within 12 bill cycles from the date of installation, PlanetFiber reserves the right to collect the installation fee and Customer must return all PlanetFiber equipments to the company.

4. บริษัทฯสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดหรือเงื่อนไขแพ็กเกจ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
PlanetFiber reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

5. ผู้ใช้บริการได้ทราบและเข้าใจข้อความที่กำหนดในเงื่อนไขนี้แล้ว เห็นว่า ตรงกับเจตนาของตน และตกลงยอมรับเงื่อนไขการรับบริการ
Customer agrees to comply with all above terms and conditions on use of PlanetFiber service.
